How long does it take for my order to be delivered? +
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Delivery will be within 10 working days of the order date.
Can I track the delivery of my order? +
Yes, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived? +

Do you offer express shipping options? +
Currently, express shipping options are not available.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? +
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, changes to the address may not be possible.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped? +
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Are there any shipping fees? +
There is no delivery charge.
Can I combine multiple orders for a single delivery? +
Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders into one shipment once they have been processed.
What happens if my delivery is damaged during transit? +

Can I schedule a specific delivery date? +
We currently do not offer scheduled delivery dates. Deliveries will occur within the standard shipping times.
