How do I place an order for my uniforms? +

Log in to the online uniform store using your registered email address. Once logged in:

  • Browse the categories to view individual items.
  • Add your chosen items to the cart.
  • Proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping details, and place your order.
  • Once your order is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.

How do I find the right size? +

Each product in the Catalogue includes a size chart to guide your selection. If you're unsure, contact TIG HELP HUB via the form below for support. For assistance with finding the right measurements, visit the How to Measure page for guidance on measuring your body and garments accurately.

What payment methods are accepted? +

All Franchisees have pre-loaded accounts and can place orders. No additional payment setup is required.

How long will my order take to arrive? +

  • Delivery will be within 10 working days of the order date

What is your return or exchange policy? +

    • Exchanges: You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
    • Faulty or Incorrect Products: Contact TIG HELP HUB via the form below with evidence of the issue for a replacement, repair, or refund.
    • Refunds: Refunds are only available for faulty or incorrect items.

Garments that are soiled are not exchangeable and will be returned to the sender. Garments not returned in their original packaging will incur a $3.50 (ex GST) re-packaging fee.

Can I track my order? +

Yes. After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email titled YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY! This will include your tracking details.

What should I do if the item I want is out of stock? +

Contact the TIG HELP HUB via the form below for restock updates or alternative product options.

How do I return or exchange an item that doesn’t fit? +

  • Log into the online store and submit an exchange request under Orders, or contact the TIG HELP HUB via the form below.
  • Ensure items are returned in their original packaging. A $3.00 (plus GST) fee per item applies if packaging is missing.
